Kalina was a gem! Car shopping with her was honestly more like hanging out with a favorite neighbor helping us pick out what we wanted rather than the usual stress of someone that is pressuring and pushing you into something that you don’t want or can’t afford. She was honest,friendly,and really took our needs into account and got us not only the car of our dreams-but for less than we actually wanted to spend. I would and have recommended Kalina to anyone that is thinking about buying a car. She was a breath of fresh air and we are totally happy with our purchase. :).

We had gone to the dealer actually kind of set on buying a different car from a different dealer and just wanted to check out a particular car that they had advertised. Unfortunately it was already sold, so Karina jumped into action and found us an even nicer model. We told her about our budget needs and she was very empathetic and went back a few times to try to get the car for the price we could afford. She not only got us the deal, but was also incredibly helpful in giving us all the details on the services and the amenities of our new Outback. She was really great..

Honestly,everyone there were really accommodating and friendly. They answered all of our questions and when we didn’t want to add on anything to the car-they were not pushy or aggressive in the least.
